EachOneTeachHelsinki ry (EOTH) has been organizing events and workshops since 2012. We have brought well-known dancers from Europe, UK and USA to give workshops. EOTH has been creating new concept battles for examples: EOTH Artsy Battles and Call Out Battles.
This has connected people together despite their own dance style. Our goal is to develop the urban dance scene in Finland.
EOTH's Call Out Battle was organized for the second time this year, and we aim for it to become an annual dance event. The concept is that everyone can choose their own battle opponent despite the dance style the person is representing. You can call out 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2 and crews. There are no judges and thus no winners or losers. However the best run of the evening will be rewarded!
The music was provided by DJ Energy E and Lilli from EOTH.

I am now the newest member of The 5:1 Zulus Galactic Charter.
First let me explain to you what Zulu Nation is -->
What is Zulu Nation?
Zulu Nation was founded in South Bronx, New York 1973 by Africa Bambata The Grand Father of Hip Hop culture. Bambata got fed up by all the gang violence that was happening during that time so he decided to unite the street art forms and the kids under the same umbrella and HIP HOP was born. These street art forms also called the elements are:
MC'ing (Rapping), DJ'ing, WRITING (Aerosol Art), SEVERAL DANCE FORMS (which include Breaking, Up-Rocking, Popping, and Locking) and the element which holds the rest together: KNOWLEDGE.
Zulu nation also stands for following things:
The 5:1 Galactic Zulu Charter is known to be Scandinavians Zulu Division but we have members and other divisions for example in Scotland and in New Jersey. The 5:1 Zulu Division Leader and Founder is Tom "Life-9" Larsen from Sweden.
In Finland we have 8 members and all of them representing different parts of Hip Hop culture. Finland Zulu Charters goal is to motivate different kind of people by actions and know-how at the same time spreading the positive message of Hip Hop culture.
What does Zulu Nation means to me?
As a dancer and as a Dance teacher i have the responsibility to share my knowledge and know-how to the younger generation. My mission is to educate these kids to be better dancers and become better human beings by creating a positive learning environment for them.
Our Non-Profit organization EachOneTeachHelsinki ry was also established because we felt obliged as dancers to give back something worthy to the community.
We have been organizing events and workshops since 2012 and gladly we are still active and planning to do more in the future for this community.

The House of Ninja performed at Mariela Sarkima's Beauty Brunch which was held in Klaus K design hotel. The place was packed with beautiful models, bloggers, make up artists and singers such as Krista Siegfrids.
We started the event with our voguing showcase by doing runway ( model walking), posing and hands performance. This was my first performance with my Legendary Father Benny Ninja. It was an honor to perform with him. As you can see from the picture under, He is a true definition of VOGUE!

The DingDong Team and The Voguers joined forces for Krista's song "Stupid Love" and Anneli Kanninen was in charge of the choreography. Krista had a vision of a girl army voguing down to her song and we made it happen ;)
